How do I add an Associate Member to my Zia membership?
Firstly, is the candidate eligible to be your Associate? They must be one of your spouse, life partner, or dependent living in your household and be at least 18 years of age.
If yes, then have the candidate complete an Annual Refresher Test and obtain a Refresher Code.
Then you can log in, and add the person's name to the lowest numbered available Associate Name box and their Refresher Code in the matching Associate Refresher Code box.
Then Open a New Ticket (link) asking to have your membership updated with the Associate.
You new Associate will be placed on the Orientation invite list and will become a member of Zia once they have attended an Orientation.
